Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheets, are high-performance engineering plastics with a wide range of uses. They are known for their chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance, and low coefficient of friction.

Temperature range : PTFE sheets can operate at temperatures ranging from -200C to +260C 

Chemical resistance : PTFE sheets are chemically inert, except for some alkali metals 

Low coefficient of friction : PTFE sheets have a very low coefficient of friction 

Electrical resistance : PTFE sheets have excellent electrical insulating properties 

Corrosion resistance : PTFE sheets have excellent corrosion resistance 

Weather resistance : PTFE sheets have very good weather resistance 

Uses - 

Nonstick coating : PTFE sheets are commonly used as a nonstick coating for cookware 

Gaskets and packings : PTFE sheets are used to make PTFE envelope gaskets and PTFE packings 

Food contact : PTFE sheets are regularly used in food contact applications 

Heat press barrier : PTFE sheets can be used as a protective barrier between a heat press and a garment
